VSM Tactical Returns & Refund Policy

At VSM Tactical, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below before submitting a return request.


Starting a Return

To request a return, please email vsmtactical@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


Return Eligibility

Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item:

  • Has not been used, installed, or modified.

  • Is in new, resalable condition.

  • Is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, tags, and documentation.

Items that show signs of use, installation, modification, or damage, or that are returned without their original packaging, are not eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

For approved returns of non-defective merchandise:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify VSM Tactical within 5 business days of delivery by emailing vsmtactical@gmail.com.

To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and the shipping package (if applicable)


Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made by phone or email.

  • Orders canceled after they have been placed are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Once received, they may be returned in accordance with this policy and are subject to the standard 35% restocking fee and return shipping costs.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products

  • Special-order items

  • Clearance or closeout merchandise

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used

  • Any product marked Final Sale at the time of purchase


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
